FAQ
What makes you different from other web designers?
I don’t disappear after taking your deposit. We work together throughout the build, and I provide training so you’re not dependent on me forever. When we start, we’re locked in.
Can you redesign my existing site?
Yes. We’ll evaluate what’s working, what’s not, and whether a redesign or rebuild makes more sense for your goals.
What is your pricing?
Projects start at $2,500. Final cost depends on scope, complexity, and timeline. After our discovery call, I’ll provide a detailed quote.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Typical structure is 50% to start, 50% at launch. For projects over $4,000, we can discuss milestone-based payments.
What do I need to provide?
Content (text, images), brand assets (logo, colors), and active participation in feedback cycles. If you don’t have content ready, we can discuss content strategy as part of the project.
Do you work with startups?
Yes, if you have clear branding, organized content, and a realistic timeline. I work best with businesses that know what they need and are ready to move forward.
How long does a project take?
Most projects take 3-8 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on complexity and how quickly you can provide content/feedback. Rush timelines available for an additional fee.
What if I need changes after launch?
Training is included so you can make updates yourself. For ongoing support, I offer managed hosting at $50/month and ongoing maintenance plans starting at $100/per month. Larger updates are quoted separately.
Do you handle hosting?
Yes. I offer managed hosting at $50/month, which includes security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and technical support. For industries with specific compliance needs, I can set up specialized hosting that meets those requirements. You can also choose to host elsewhere – I’ll help you get set up either way.
Do you do SEO/marketing/social media?
I build WordPress sites optimized for search engines and fast performance. For ongoing SEO or marketing, I can recommend specialists.
What happens if we're not a good fit?
I’ll tell you. I only take projects where I’m confident I can deliver value. If your timeline, budget, or expectations don’t align, I’ll say so upfront.
